Demand for rhubarb is growing quickly and this plant is ideally suited for the Upper Midwest. Plant three
feet apart in rows that are 5-6 feet apart. Rhubarb should be planted in shallow trenches 1.5 to 2
inches deep.
Canada Red has bright red stems that are tender and sweet.
