Cavendish Origin: Kentville, Nova Scotia
The most popular variety in the northern third of Minnesota has
large, dark red fruit, high yields and good flavor. Fruit is good
fresh, in pies and in jams. Fruit may not color fully if nights stay
above 65° F as the fruit ripens. Plants have moderate vigor.
