Prices are subject to change without notice. All confirmed orders are protected at the price paid at checkout.
Because plant production is affected by:

Crop conditions

Harvest timing

Grower availability
If any quantity or variety becomes unavailable for any reason, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be a refund of the purchase price for the affected item only.
Plant Condition Guarantee
We guarantee that all plants:

Ship alive
-
Are in dormant, viable condition
-
Meet standard commercial nursery grading at time of shipment
Because growing success depends on factors beyond our control (soil, weather, planting practices, irrigation, pests, and regional conditions), we cannot offer performance or yield guarantees.
Claims & Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the condition of your plants upon receipt:

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Your claim must include:

Order number

Photos of the plants and packaging

Description of the issue
-
Claims submitted:

After 24 hours
-
After planting
-
Or after plants are removed from original packaging
cannot be honored.
Due to differing climate conditions, weather patterns, and grower practices across the country, we cannot issue refunds after plants have been planted.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued as:

A refund to the original payment method

Or store credit (at our discretion)
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Limitation of Liability
Frootz makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability

Fitness for a particular purpose

Crop performance or yield
Our total liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the plants.
