Millennium asparagus has been super productive, with high quality spears, tender, and has good flavor. It was once thought to be best adapted to heavier soils, but results now indicate success with a wide range of soil types. It was the second highest producer in a NC trial on sandy soil with 6 years of data. We recommend trials under your conditions to assess its performance. Hardy male plants with high yields.
