Seascape is a proven day-neutral released by the University of California breeding program and has become a favorite for northern growers targeting summer and fall harvests. Plants have the potential to be among the most productive of any day-neutral, pushing strong yields of large, firm berries across an extended season. When picked fully ripe from the plant, Seascape delivers excellent flavor that many customers consider the best of the everbearing types.

In the Upper Midwest, Seascape fits well into day-neutral and high-tunnel programs where steady picking is needed beyond the June flush. Blossom production may dip following stretches of hot weather, but plants typically resume strong flowering as conditions improve. With good fertility, irrigation, and timely picking, Seascape will reward growers with high-quality fruit for fresh markets, CSA boxes, and on-farm sales from mid-summer into fall.
